Experience and Commitment

What is known today as Michael St. Clair Fine Cleaners is the product of a merger between what was Michael’s Cleaners and St. Clair Cleaners more than 40 years ago. Today, with over 50 years of experience in garment care, we operate as a one-stop shop for all your dry cleaning and laundry needs. We service much of Vancouver’s hospitality industry and we also have retail locations within the city. We are constantly committed to producing high quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

We are constantly striving to find ways to ensure our service is of the highest standards. Michael St. Clair Fine Cleaners is a proud member of the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute (an international trade association in textile and fabric care) as well as the BC Fabricare Association. It is through these institutions, constant education and course training that we adopt the latest techniques and procedures in garment care and cleaning.

Environment

When it comes to reducing our environmental footprints, we can work together!

We offer reusable garment bags which double as laundry bags. Bring your items in the bag and we will clean them and return them in the same bags which turns into a garment bag. If you don't have a garment bag, we'll take your plastic as we make every effort to recycle all of the plastic we collect. 

We also recycle all wire hangers. In doing this, we collect more than 500,000 hangers annually. Thanks to you, these stay out of the landfills. We know how important it is to take care of the place we call home which is why we are taking steps in providing eco-friendly options.

Community

We take pride in social responsibility and are always looking for ways we can help our community. Annually, we partner with the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau and hold a coat drive and collect gently used coats and clothing. We then clean these items and donate them to those in need.
